Chef Muñoz, Culinary Ambassador of Madrid, was chosen to select a team of chefs from the Spanish capital who will showcase the most innovative cuisines of this city in different venues and NYC restaurants along the first week in November. The Muñoz/Lightner collaboration dinner is the leading star of this Madrid-endeavour.

THE NEW DESIGN PROJECT
The New Design Project seeks to reinvent exciting and original spaces for the people that make the world a more interesting place to live, work and play. Their work uses unconventional mixes of objects, influences and flavors, to deliver a richer and more joyous experience to clients. Different styles and textures are layered onto one another, drawing the eye to numerous focal points, to create a series of unique and unexpected moments within each individual space.
STATION TO STATION
Working side by side with Doug Aitken and Corey Walter, these short films were created for Station to Station. Station to Station was a nomadic happening that connected artists, musicians and creative pioneers with diverse communities, pushing art and culture outside of institutional constraints. Over the course of three weeks in September, a train traveled from the Atlantic to the Pacific, making nine stops along the way in New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Minnesota, New Mexico, Arizona, and California, each time for a one-night only live event.

Morgenstern's Finest Ice Cream is a contemporary twist on the traditional ice cream parlor. Focused on serving texture-driven small-batch ice cream with a renewed attention to flavor and palate. Owner and founder Nicholas Morgenstern develops his recipes specifically for each individual flavor. The integrity of his ingredients are never compromised with additives or processed stabilizing.
